Disconnect Relay
"Disconnect Relay" means that the states of the external switches and the relay are separate, so operating the external switch button will not affect the state of the relay. As below, the smart light will not be offline after you enable "Disconnect Relay", and the app can control the smart lights.

Power-On Delay State
If power is restored after a power outage, set some devices to delay execution of the power-on state. Avoid turning on all devices at the same time, which causes high currents to damage the devices and create a potential safety hazard.
