It also allows you to adjust brightness, temperature, and scenes without using your phone.

Camera Viewing and Door Unlocking: You can view footage from Aqara cameras and video doorbells directly on the panel. When the doorbell rings, the live feed can appear automatically without you having to touch the screen. Multi-camera viewing is supported, allowing you to easily switch between individual cameras. From the live view, you can also control the door lock and unlock the door after visually confirming the visitor. This allows you to use many of the everyday functions of the cameras and front door without your phone.

Matter-Ready Today and in the Future: The device can act as a Matter Bridge for Aqara Zigbee devices, enabling the integration of Aqara accessories into broader Matter ecosystems without replacing existing equipment. On Matter platforms, it supports up to 6 wireless switches, which you can use as triggers for your favorite commands. It allows you to control multiple devices from different manufacturers from a single dashboard and connect various smart home platforms. As a Matter Bridge, it is compatible with Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant.

Dashboards tailored to your usage: Customizable tile sizes let you highlight the functions you use most often while keeping less important ones more compact. You can create dashboards automatically with a single tap or copy them directly from the Aqara app, simplifying the initial setup. Up to 10 control panels are available, with the option to resize cards, customize icons, and rename devices. Various themes and screensavers allow the panel to blend visually with your home.

Auto-On When Approaching: The screen automatically activates when you approach within 1.5 m, so the controls are ready before you even touch it. You can adjust the detection range to prevent unintended activation in busier areas. An ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the screen’s brightness based on lighting conditions. When the device is not in use, the screen automatically turns off, reducing power consumption and screen wear.
