Four selectable voice detection patterns
A single button on the front of the microphone quickly switches between four voice detection patterns: cardioid when you're recording or streaming alone, bidirectional when you're interviewing someone on the other end microphone, stereo if you and your co-host sit on the same side of the microphone, or record a musical instrument and omnidirectional for any stream or podcast where more than two people are talking.

Dynamic Range Compressor
Don't worry about trying to speak at the same volume all the time: the Dynamic Range Compressor prevents your voice from breaking if you get too loud, or reinforce if you speak too quietly.

Mute button with RGB indicator
Feeling a cough coming on? Briefly touch the touch sensor on top of the microphone. The RGB lights around the grill will glow red to remind you that the audience can't hear you.

RGB VU meter
Easily monitor your volume levels with the RGB VU meter in real time surrounding the control knob. Too low? Try to maximize profits. Are you going red? Your listeners may hear clipping and distortion, so keep calm.

Easy Voice Monitoring
Monitor your voice directly from your headphones using the 3.5mm connection, volume control on the microphone itself and using the included JBL Quant softwareumENGINE to adjust your EQ. You can also easily control the balance between your computer audio and the amount of voice routed to your headphones while streaming. The Audio/Voice Monitor function provides the best balance between the sound of your game and the level of your voice.

Use the included stand to hold the microphone, or if already have a hand crank or C-clip in your setup, it will screw right into either.
